WELCOME TO THE WEBSITE OF RUSHDEN TOWN BAND

Rushden Town Band at the 2011 National Brass Band Championships of Great Britain Several of the youngsters from Rushden Town Band entered the local Rotary Club "Young Musician of the Year" this week. We are delighted to announce that Will Mantle won the 11 and under solo section. He had to play first out of 19 other contestants and set a very high standard for those following. The Rushden Town Junior Quartet - Will Mantle, Emma Brown, Matthew Sharpe and Ben Brown also came first in their section of Groups of 2-4 players. They will now go forward to the semi-finals at Thrapston on February 25th.
